Princeton Townhome Community Information

Campbell Woods:

Campbell Woods is located slightly north of the Borough. Built in 1996 by Toll Brothers it remains one of the more attractive townhome communities in Princeton.

Set on a ridge, the community is surrounded by mature trees and woods. It has a secluded feel yet is only minutes from the vibrancy of Princeton Boro. The total homes in the community number around 42 or so.

Queenston Common:

Located right off Nassau Street near the corner of Snowden and Nassau, Queenston Common is perfect for those looking to enjoy the best of town.

This private townhome community has a tennis court, swimming pool and even a putting green! The townhomes themselves are 30-35 years old and the community is exceptionally maintained.

The homes have a modern feel with large windows and high ceilings. The location is right on the edge of Princeton Boro and an easy stroll into town. This community offers a nice combination of being secluded from the main drag and the ability to be in town in ‘5.’

Richard Court:
