What You Should Bring to Apply for a Loan

Identification

• Photo ID
• Social Security Card

Financial Information
• Pay stubs for the last month
• Bank statements for the last 2-3 months
• Tax returns and W-2’s for the last 2 years
• Estimation of value for all personal property and furniture
• Proof of income from any other sources, including investments
• Corporate tax returns if you own a business
• Explanations for any credit report problems
• Employment history
• Residence history
• Copies of any important documents that could affect your financial situation (including divorce decrees)
