Susan Eelman, along with her husband, Harry, have lived in Princeton for 15 years and raised their 4 children here. Susan is a Realtor specializing in the Princeton and Greater Princeton Real Estate Market. Having been a licensed Realtor/ Associate for the past ten years Susan has a deep understanding of the Princeton Real Estate Market.

Susan’s passion for real estate is in helping buyers and sellers put the pieces of the real estate puzzle together. Susan previews every home that comes on the market in Princeton and when she sees a home that fits the needs of one of her current buyers she knows it.

For sellers, Susan enjoys the challenge of analyzing the market to make sure that her sellers have the best data available to make the best decisions. In the end Real Estate is a people business and it is all about her customers.

Susan is passionate about her customers and it shows. She has transacted over 140 deals and brokered over $70 million in home sales in her career.

Looking back and looking forward Susan admits that the biggest joy is when a buyer walks into a home and it's just what they have been looking for and when a seller walks away from the closing table feeling good about the process.

Susan has taken her professional development seriously and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the NJ Association of Realtors and the Mercer County Association of Realtors.

Susan has earned the following Realtor designations:

• SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist)

Susan is also licensed in Pennsylvania. Susan has been awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award for most of her 10 years practicing real estate in Princeton. She is also a past member of the Mercer County Top Producers Association.
